Gelato & R. LaPasha via USEnet] Lots of logs and schedule info this month! Thanks to Bill Westenhaver, Sergio Gelato, and Robin LaPasha for their fine observations of the massive schedule changes that occurred at the end of January and beginning of February. The site ID's for this month are from the 1992 Passport (P) and the 1992 WRTH (W). The new WRTH has an extensive section of Russian broadcast schedules and transmitter site information this time - well worth the price I think. The CIS switched time in January, so the times listed in the WRTH should be shifted one hour earlier. Since I received no comments about what the new header should look like, I decided to change the column name to The Commonwealth. Beginning next month we will have a new header and a new title, but continue to send logs of the ex-USSR as before until further notice. Pet peeve department: I haven't complained in awhile about the submissions to this column, but this month I just couldn't take it any more. Please try to use the following guidelines. If you hear an ID, then say so on your log. I don't read minds! If you don't hear an ID, mark it tentative. Please write legible! Logs that are hard to read are the second ones to go into the trash can (the first ones are old or incomplete logs). PLEASE use standard size forms! I don't care if you manufacture your own, just make sure they are ~1x8 inches. Give as many details as possible on your logs. More is better, i.e. "M nx" just doesn't cut it. Get your direct contributions to me by the 12th. This means you need to get them in the mail by the 9th at the latest. Thanks again for your cooperation and see you next time. -Jason
