S U N D A Y S N I P P E T S (tm) # 4 0 2 7 A u g 9 5 Many thanks to Bob Grob for the use of this poem as today's Snippet. A Devotional In early morn we wake, rejoice, arise To know our Father's love will never fade; To see His glories as He paints the skies; To love the beauty of this world He made. He offers much, this Father of our joy Who gives to us this present of a day. Although there will be things that may annoy, Yet thunderheads are gloried by sun's ray. This day He gives to us to use as we Do choose - no promise of another one - So every choice we make demands a fee And every fee is paid by setting sun. It is no giny gift He gives us here: Let us be sure our use will bring Him cheer. - Copyright 1993 by Robert Grob, published in War In the Spirit, 1994. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Sunday Snippets" is the trademark of G.
