TOR306.EXE - self extracting library for a software TNC for HF
digital. Includes support for AMTOR (SITOR), RTTY, and hooks to
PacTOR and HF packet. Includes extensive DSP modem support for
the $99 TI DSK. Will work with external HF modem, i.e. CP-1 or ST-6.  

Bug fixes takes care of some systems that locked up.             

Requires - DOS 3.3 or higher, at least 10 MHz PC or better, external
HF modem or a TI 320C26 DSK.
