Montenegro state railways class 412 train. These trains were built in Riga, Latvia during the Soviet times and in the old Soviet Union these were called ER9.

This is how the Montenegro state railways class 412 trains nowadays most often look like, old, rotten, noisy, all covered with graffiti. These trains were built by RVR in Riga, Latvia. The first variant, ER9P, was from the year 1961. These trains are from the 1980s.

These are the new trains which are to succeed the old Soviet class 412 shown above. These class 6111 trains are built by CAF in Spain. These trains belong to the Civity train family of CAF and they have been delivered to Montenegro since 2013. These trains have a top speed of 120 km/h.
